Shipping & Delivery
Every pair of Eleven Spectacles is crafted with precision. We extend that same care to every step of the journey to you.
How We Ship
We partner with DPD and DHL, Europe's most trusted courier networks, to ensure your eyewear arrives in perfect condition. Every order is carefully packaged in our signature protective case, then placed in a sturdy shipping box designed to withstand transit. You'll receive full tracking information via email as soon as your order ships, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.
Delivery Timeline
Within the EU, we deliver in 3-5 business days from order confirmation.
Processing timing: Orders placed Mon-Fri before 3 PM are processed same-day. Orders after 3 PM or on weekends process the next business day.

Track Your Order
Real-time tracking is available immediately after shipment. Check your confirmation email for the tracking link, log into your account's "Orders" section, or click the DPD/DHL tracking link. You'll see your current location, estimated delivery date, real-time status updates, and carrier information.
Customs & International Delivery
We ship throughout the EU with no customs complications. For non-EU orders, we don't currently ship outside Europe, but contact us - we may be able to arrange delivery based on your location.
Before Your Order Ships
Need to Modify Your Order?
For orders not yet dispatched, contact us immediately at support@elevenspectacles.com. We can modify, upgrade, or cancel orders up until they leave our warehouse (typically within 2 business days of purchase).
For orders already dispatched, modifications aren't possible, but you can use our hassle-free exchange or return process to get exactly what you want.
Order Confirmation
After purchase, you'll receive an email with:
- Order number and confirmation details
- Estimated delivery date
- Itemized order summary
- Tracking information (once shipped)
- Support contact details
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
Rare, but it happens. We pack with meticulous care, and our partners are professional, but accidents occur.
Document it with photos of the damaged packaging and product, then contact us within 48 hours at support@elevenspectacles.com. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund with no courier claim required on your part. Return shipping is completely free.
Delivery to Remote Areas
Delivery to remote or very rural locations may incur additional handling charges. These are calculated at checkout, clearly displayed before payment, and never a surprise. Most EU addresses have no additional charges.
Special Delivery Options
Need your Eleven Spectacles faster? Standard delivery (3-5 business days) is included. Express delivery options and signature confirmation are available at checkout for an additional fee.
