Product Ownership

When You Own the Product

Products ordered do not become your property until:

  • You have paid the full purchase price, AND
  • We have confirmed acceptance of your order

Until both conditions are met, the Products remain the Owner's property.

Right of Withdrawal

After you own the product, you have the right to withdraw (return it) within 14 calendar days for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Delivery

Delivery Address

You are responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate delivery address
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive delivery
  • Providing clear access to the delivery location
  • Inspecting goods upon delivery

The Owner is not responsible for delivery errors caused by:

  • Inaccurate address information provided by you
  • Incomplete or unclear address details
  • Inability to reach the delivery address
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Within EU: 3-5 business days from order confirmation
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances

Delivery Arrangement

Deliveries are made by our carrier partner (DPD/DHL):

  • The Owner arranges and pays for delivery
  • Your goods are shipped via insured carrier
  • You will receive tracking information
  • Signature may be required for high-value items

Inspection Upon Delivery

When your goods are delivered:

  • Inspect the package immediately

You may refuse to accept visibly damaged parcels.

Delivery Failure

If goods are not received or collected within the specified timeframe:

  • If you don't arrange redelivery, goods will be returned to us
  • Any subsequent delivery attempts may be at your expense

Goods Damaged in Transit

If goods arrive damaged:

  • We will arrange replacement at no cost to you

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Who Has This Right

European consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. You may withdraw from your purchase for any reason without providing justification.

For multiple items delivered separately, the period runs from when you receive the last item.

  • Pay for return shipping (unless damaged/non-conforming)

What You'll Get Back

If you withdraw, you will receive:

  • Full refund of the purchase price
  • Refund of standard delivery costs you paid
  • Free return shipping (via prepaid label)
  • Refund within 14 calendar days of us receiving goods
  • Refund to your original payment method

What You Won't Get Back

We may not refund:

  • Currency conversion fees charged by your bank
  • Customs duties for international orders

Excluded Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that become unsuitable due to your handling

Under EU law, all products come with a mandatory 2-year guarantee that goods:

  • Are fit for the purpose they're intended for
  • Have the properties we described

This guarantee is separate from and in addition to the right of withdrawal.

Eleven Spectacles Limited Warranty

We offer an additional 2-year Limited Warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship
  • Defects in hinges, lenses, and frame assembly
  • Non-conformity with product description

How to Claim Warranty

If you believe your product is defective:

We will assess your claim and offer:

  • Repair (free of charge)
  • Replacement (free shipping both ways)
  • Refund (full purchase price)

Limitation of Liability

What We're Not Liable For

To the extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for:

  • Indirect damages - Lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunity
  • Consequential damages - Damages arising from other damages
  • Incidental damages - Unexpected or auxiliary damages
  • Special damages - Damages unique to your situation

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you is limited to:

  • €100, whichever is greater

Exceptions to Limitation

This limitation does not apply to:
