You have the statutory right to change your mind within 14 calendar days of receipt, no questions asked. This is your legal right, and we honor it completely. Additionally, all Eleven Spectacles come with a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects and non-conformities.

From the moment your Eleven Spectacles arrive, you have 14 full calendar days to decide if they're perfect for you. No justification needed. No restocking fees. No fine print.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@elevenspectacles.com with your order number, date received, and any notes. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and our return address.

What You'll Receive Back

Your full refund includes the complete purchase price and original standard shipping costs. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, error, or damage. We process refunds within 14 calendar days to your original payment method.

The Condition We Expect

We understand you need to inspect your sunglasses-to feel the weight, check the fit, see how they look. This is entirely normal and expected with luxury eyewear. Return them in the same excellent condition, allowing for natural inspection. Light handling or brief wearing does not affect your eligibility.

We cannot accept returns of items that are visibly worn, heavily scratched, damaged beyond normal inspection, or missing components. However, if your sunglasses have a manufacturing defect or materials issue, we accept them regardless of condition-that's what our 2-year guarantee covers.

Every pair of Eleven Spectacles is crafted to exacting standards. Our 2-year guarantee protects you against manufacturing defects and materials issues.

What's Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects (lens quality, frame construction, hinge integrity failures)
  • Non-conformities (product doesn't match description or images provided)
  • Material and craftsmanship issues that become apparent within 24 months of purchase

What's Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and aging (expected aging that doesn't affect function)
  • Accidental damage (drops, impacts, and physical accidents)
  • Improper care (damage from neglect or storage issues)

How to Claim

Email us at support@elevenspectacles.com with photos of the issue, a brief description, and your order number. We'll respond within 48 hours with a replacement, repair, or full refund-your choice. For defects or manufacturing issues, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.


Shipping Damage or Defects

Damaged on Arrival?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange an immediate replacement or refund with no cost to you. We stand behind our packaging.

Exchanges

Want a different style? Prefer a different lens tint? Within 14 days, exchanges are available-you cover return shipping, and we cover shipping the replacement to you. After 14 days (days 15-30), exchanges are available at our discretion. Just reach out with your order number and desired style.

International Orders & Customs

Your 14-day withdrawal right applies in full, regardless of location. You are responsible for return shipping costs to our EU warehouse. Customs duties paid on import cannot be refunded, as these go directly to customs authorities. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping for international returns.
