Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All card payments are encrypted and secured through Stripe, our PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor.

Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

Digital Wallets: Apple Pay (iPhone, iPad, Mac) and Google Pay (Android, web) store your card information securely on your device.

Payment Currency: All prices in EUR (Euros). Your bank handles currency conversion if shopping from outside the Eurozone.

Invoices & Currency

Order invoice: Your confirmation email includes all purchase details and serves as your receipt.

VAT & taxes: All prices include VAT where applicable, calculated by shipping address.

Business invoices: Email us with your order number, company name, address, and VAT number. We provide professional invoices within 24 hours.

Currency: All payments in EUR (Euro). Your bank handles conversion if paying outside the Eurozone. Conversion fees (typically 1-3%) are set by your bank, not us.


Orders & Refunds

Cancel before shipment? Email us with your order number within 24 hours of purchase. We'll cancel if not yet processed.

After shipment? Use our hassle-free return and exchange process.

Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving your return. Funds typically appear in your account 3-5 business days after processing.

Refund not appearing? Check the timeline (5-10 business days), contact your bank for confirmation, and email us if there's an issue.

Is my payment information stored? No. Stripe processes all card details securely. We only store your order information (name, address, email).

Can I use a different billing address? Yes, at checkout you can enter a different billing address.

Do you accept PayPal? Currently we accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay only.

Can I split payment across multiple cards? No, you need to pay with one method. Contact us for special arrangements.

Do you offer payment plans? Not currently. Contact us to discuss options.

How do I know payment went through? Instant email confirmation with order number. Check spam folder if you don't see it within 5 minutes.

Can I save my card? We don't save card details for security. Use Apple Pay or Google Pay to securely store your payment information on your device.
