Storage, Cleaning, and Maintenance

Use the sunglasses in full compliance with the warnings above. Protect the sunglasses from impact and scratches to preserve their protective functions.

Clean the sunglasses with lukewarm water and a neutral detergent, drying them with a dry and soft cloth. Do not clean with chemical solvents or alcohol, as they will adversely affect the filters and damage them.

To extend the lifespan of your glasses, store them in the original Eleven Spectacles sunglass cases, in a dry place, at temperatures between -10 and +35 degrees Celsius. Avoid exposing them to direct sunlight in enclosed spaces without ventilation (such as a car dashboard), as the temperature reached in such an environment could destroy the glasses.

Lifespan

Check your glasses regularly and if you notice scratches on the filter or any other visible damage, you must immediately stop using them, as this can lead to damage to your vision. Replace them with new ones.

Marking

The identification number of the glasses is located on the inside of the temples. The number indicates the light transmission category according to European standards EN ISO 12312-1:2022.

Disposal Method

Sunglasses can be treated as household waste and disposed of along with their packaging and case in accordance with applicable legislation. They must not be disposed of uncontrollably in the environment.
