Return and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal and return

  • You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it.
  • Depending on the customer’s preference, the product may be exchanged for another item or a refund of the amount paid for it may be issued.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a payment receipt or proof of purchase.

Return process

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@elevenspectacles.com or through the contact form on the website to inform us of your intention to return a product.
  2. You will receive instructions on how to return the product and the address to which you should send it.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  4. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Exchange

  • All products offered by us come with a two-year legal warranty. This warranty covers factory defects or non-conformities with the sales contract. Mechanical damage caused by the customer's fault is not covered under the legal warranty.
  • If the product exhibits a factory defect within the two-year warranty period, we will replace the product accordingly.

Return shipping costs:

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.
