Return and Refund Policy
Right of withdrawal and return
- You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it.
- Depending on the customer’s preference, the product may be exchanged for another item or a refund of the amount paid for it may be issued.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a payment receipt or proof of purchase.

Return process

Exchange
- All products offered by us come with a two-year legal warranty. This warranty covers factory defects or non-conformities with the sales contract. Mechanical damage caused by the customer's fault is not covered under the legal warranty.
- If the product exhibits a factory defect within the two-year warranty period, we will replace the product accordingly.
