What Is Covered by the Warranty
We offer a 2-year Limited Warranty on all sunglasses purchased through our website. This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal wear and tear.
Warranty Coverage Includes
- Frame defects: Cracks, bends, or breakage caused by defective materials or workmanship.
- Lens defects: Scratches, delamination, or discoloration due to faulty materials or production.
- Hinges and nose pads: Malfunctions caused by manufacturing errors.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Accidental damage: Cracks, scratches, or other damage caused by drops, impacts, or improper handling.
- Misuse or abuse: Including, but not limited to, the use of the sunglasses in extreme conditions or for unintended purposes (e.g., swimming or outdoor sports).
- Normal wear and tear: Such as minor scratches on lenses or fading of frame color over time.
- Loss or theft of the product.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your sunglasses are covered by the Limited Warranty, please follow these steps to make a claim:

- Provide Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase to validate the warranty claim.
- Describe the Issue: Include details of the defect or issue with the product, as well as any photos that might help us assess the situation.
- Return the Item: If your claim is approved, we may ask you to return the sunglasses for inspection. We will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.
Warranty Resolution Options
Once your warranty claim has been assessed, we will resolve the issue in one of the following ways:
- Repair: We will repair the product if the issue can be fixed.
- Replacement: If the sunglasses are found to be defective and cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement pair of the same or similar style.

Warranty Period and Conditions
The warranty is valid for 2-years from the date of purchase. This warranty is only available to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. International Warranty
